My son moved away and left a tank full of guppies. I couldn't stand to flush them into the local rivers or let them die slowly in the compost. I put them in a shallow saucer with a little bit of water and watched. My chickens went CRAZY! Twenty fish were gone in less than 2 minutes. What a GREAT way to recycle! I love my chickens!

I could even be prosecuted if i was to build a worm farm knowingly to feed them to the chickens, again the worms are protected and have rights..OMG!!!!!!!!!!!
So while I am on this rant, what about the pinkies (frozen baby mice) I can buy from pet shops for snakes and other reptiles. Meal worms, crickets and other creepy crawlies they are farmed specifically to feed to reptiles are you not inflecting suffering upon them! Sorry BYC members, has PC in Britain gone mad? Answers on a postcard please lol x
