Mary your pigs are very smart, they can learn very quickly that a behavior has unpleasant results, I would suggest a small hand shocker, along with a strong 'NO' when he starts to do it. Check your feed stores, its a simple solution, and with pigs a quick one.

The pic of your barnyard, except for the emus kind of has an Ozark hill farm touch to it, makes me a bit homesick. I cant quite picture that one in Alaska.
Sun is shining here, another moderate day about to happen, I am enjoying each and every one as a gift. Alaska has set snow fall and minus temp records this year. Michelle is in one of the most moderate areas, as it usually is.
