If you've worn shorts and a parka at the same time, you live in Utah

Absolutely true! I lived across from a school bus stop one winter in Utah when we had 100" of snow. My yard was just HUGE snowbanks on both sides of the driveway and since we lived on a corner, well, you know what the snow plows do when they come around-they dump the entire bucket's worth in front of your driveway, LOL. Anyway, I'd watch all the kids with their parkas and shorts at the bus stop every morning. I loved the dry cold!

sounds an awful lot like Tennessee, too

now THAT sounds like Siberia! (big difference between winter and summer road conditions)
