Double Silver Gene Silkie

Who was it that needed a side by side comparison of a double silver gene and a lavender? On the left is the double silver gene, and yes the color is that intense on this boy, on the far right is a lavender.

Pretty birds! love The double silver one has gorgeous coloration!

Wildlife rehabber, works at a farm animal sanctuary rescuing chickens, vegetarian.

My flock: 70+ chickens (serama, OEGB, various breeds of bantams, and many more!), 10 ducks (1 rouen, 1 mix, 5 call, 3 east indies). Also 1 border collie, 2 corgis, 3 cats, 2 lovebirds, 2 parrotlets, 2 cockatiels, 1 horse, and fish.

but y bother with a double silver. uhm its a silkie. o yeah i want 12.
