lost one chicken; ate only rear end

I had a chick to have her entire bottom eaten out to hollow. Chicken wire with 99.999% security. No entrances. I heard a squeal/squawk of distress but when I got there didn't see anything unusual. Happened again couple hours later. This time when I came to look my lady was laying flat in the yard with no rectum. Hollow end c
