And will look up and post the mailing address.

Will email.  If the newbies don't get healthy chicks, they might loose the chicken bug.  I want more chicken lovers, not folks who feel the whole experience is more like chicken pox.

I haven't seen any pasty butt chicks at the TSC in Lakeland last year or this year. Course I'm not in every day or anything but the chicks look good and they're protected from little hands.

Does anyone use Diamond Lamb and Rice dog food?? They've had a recall that affects Florida:

The TSC in N Lakeland had some horrible looking chicks and ducks a couple of weeks ago. Their pens were absolutely disgusting, feathers were all nasty looking. It was sad that they would let them get that way. We had been there a couple of times before and everything looked great.

Anyone close to me have a Golden Penciled Hamburg hen that they are looking to sell?

welcome! Another newbie here :)

There are several breeders in this area, I encourage you to check out Craigslist. That way you can be sure of what you are getting, and the bonus for me was no fiddling with a heat lamp :) I got chicks at least one month old. I am in the lakeland area myself.
