Wow, it has been a long time. Good to see this pop up again!
To keep myself healthy, hmm. Well I am trying to remember to drink plenty of water. Sometimes when I am at work, its been hard to remember to do that, so I've been reminding my self to. I do a lot of lifting, and muscles need water to be able to work like that. I have also gone back to eating my veggies more often. We had slacked off and been eating out way too often at the fast food places. I also had slacked on playing with my pony, so I am keeping happy with brushing and cleaning and even an occasional ride again! Been riding in my yard and to son's house and neighbor's house, as I do not want to repeat the spooking and pony running away from me and me walking home incidents again. So, he is getting friendlier. No trips to the beach with him though, as we do not have a vehicle at this point that can haul a horse trailer. I play with my grandkids, I have 3 now!
I have a new boss at work now, been a couple weeks or so since she started, and she is great and I really enjoy her!! Work is busy, busy. I am a lundy!
Once, a student drew a picture for me and she wrote Best lundy ever! Well, it was suppose to say lunch lady, you know how it is when your mind thinks faster than your hand can write. I loved it, so I am now a lundy!
Its been a year now since that scary ordeal with my Dad, but he is well and I keep track of his meds and deliver them daily to him.
My DH is in a lot of pain these days and can not work. I wish he felt better, but I do enjoy him being home.
Two of my son's are buying houses, and my third is in school.
In Sept I had a surprise hatch. 10 little chickies came out from under the barn one day with their mama. I still have 6 of the babies, but I am pretty sure 3 are roosters. One definitely was a rooster over a month ago, funny how the other 3 are so behind in maturity. I am trying to find them a new home. So that brings me to 20 chickens total. 17 of them live in the pen, I let them free range often, and the other 3 sleep in the stall and run around during the day. I've tried penning them up, but they go berserk and I am afraid they will get hurt flying into the fence like that, so they stay free.
I need to go see my chiropractor, I should of not lollygagged yesterday, now I have to wait till Monday.
Woo hoo Orp, Cinderella Classic, you go girl!!
