Last year I had 3 silkies broody on the same nest and between them they hatched out four chicks.  It was fun to watch them.  One of the cochins went broody and gave up the nest after a week so I put the remaining viable eggs with them thinking they would give up too but they all got along good together taking turns setting.  She is one of the three so I think she will do ok.  fl  fl  fl

I know, I have a dozen SLW eggs coming from ebay and two dozen BLRW and BCM being shipped out a week from Monday from a fellow BYCer.
I think I better clear a space in the coop for my bed.  hide
He said when we get a place he is going to turn the camper into a hen house for me.  He loved the one you have.
