strange but true story

lollollol years ago i had hens but no rooster
the poor wild duck down the road that was sitting on a nest was killed
my hen was trying to set.[no rooster]so why not..I gave henny-penny the duck's eggs
they hatched! cool funny thing to watch but
you would have thought some-one way attacking them
the way henny-penny acted went her babies went for a swim
after-thought I guess I better never give a duck chicken eggs or the babies would drown;

lol  I can just see the hen, going nuts while her babies paddle away..

lol yeah i heared the same story from my father in law, he saw a chicken raising ducks, and said that the hen jus freaks out when the ducks swim in the water. id like to see that my self tho, im sure its really funny lollollol
