I do sprinkle Nutritional yeast over top of my fermented feed. a couple tablespoons daily . In Storey's guide to Raising Ducks it's rec on home made feed to use Brewers yeast for adult water fowl so I use it on my fermented feed.If you can buy water fowl feed it probably isn't necessary.
