That is creepily true - Although the feet aren't right (should be slate colored), and there is ONE Denizli breeder in the US, soo. . . Would love to see this chick feather out. smile

Are you counting the breeder on Ebay?

Most likely not. And, if that hen in the photo is supposed to be a Denizli. . . She's a Campine. Denizli hens look similar to that, but NOT that. I'm talking about McCallum's Flock. I think they submit stuff to ebay on occasion (usually Eggbid though) but not like that one.

I figured they weren't "real" because they are so rare, I would love some for their crow, but I think they are ugly tongue

gig - My thoughts exactly! My family was fascinated with them and their howling crows, but they look so gangly. . . Kosova Longcrowers, though. . . Wish they were in the US. smile

One thing is for sure. The price of a dead hen is a dead pred.

Well, we haven't gotten a reply back on comb type - If it had a single comb, there is no way it is an EE. Yes, EEs come in almost any color and leg color, but that color in specific is pretty rare. Its head and body type also call for something else. . .Plus, Murray McMurrays EEs are pretty typical in color.

Chickenlover: Yep, I've seen just about every YouTube video there is on Kosovas. Their crows are just sooo long. And quiet too. I also love the Crevecoeur look to them.
