Those white rocks at the show took up all of the full height (30"? 36"?) of the cages they occupied.  They were the size of turkeys, big turkeys!

P.S.

Question: what do you click (I tried multi and quote) to put all of the other quotes in with the quote you are replying to?

I've never figured out the multi-quote button.  I just hit QUOTE.  But I think you can alter the settings in your profile to only quote the last one of a series of quotes (pretty sure that is the default).

Wahooo!  Thanks Sonoran!  That's been bug'n me for a while!

Click the multi button in several peoples posts and when you at last hit the quote button, all of the "multi's" will show up in the post window.

It was the American Game. We have a goal of buying some property in the near (hopefully) future. When he saw those, he said he really wanted a farm just so he could have that silly rooster! lol.png

I am going CRAZY over here..... I was wondering if I could as a dumb question. So I am looking for a Large cabinet incubator. I called several feed stores in around AZ, they all have the styrofoam ones. I was wondering if there were ANY feed stores in Az that carry the cabinet incubators? If so I will drive ALL the way around just to get it to save on shipping.  So question is:  Has anyone on the AZ thread EVER seen a cabinet incubator for sale in feed store or pet supply store recently? If so how much & where are they located..

I am getting DESPERATE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I doubt any feed store carries them; some may be able to special order them, but I don't know if it would save any $$.   You might want to check some of the online places--often they have free shipping if the $ amount i over a certain number.

My lav pullet from aurorarose is finally acting like she might lay.  She knew that she was to pretty to go into the pot so she figured she could free load as long as she wanted.

I had the pleasure of meeting BostonBryce, his father, and his brother today. Lovely people...and lucky for them my kids were at the park. big_smile.png He took two toms, some turkey eggs, and left some beautiful FCBM eggies.

Then Pastrymama came over. Her daughters we disapointed my troublemakers weren't in. Surprisingly quiet visit. Frighteningly so. You'd think there was adult conversation.

Now my two are back, with two extra spending the night.

Don't come over, unless you want to be mobbed. I'm carb-loading them in hopes they'll all pass out at 6:30.

So I'm in the grow out pen, camera-less and I'm holding one and another jumps on my wrist.

I tried to stage the shot after getting the camera but no way it looked as cute.

Look at the wings on these 6 week olds!

I watched one hover 3-1/2 feet off the ground for several seconds deciding whether on not she wanted to go over the pen fence.
