Oh no! Once those things know where there's an easy meal they come back...often!
Short of making the coop FT. Knox I don't have many ideas for short term.
Snap rat traps? Large dogs? Poison bait? Cayenne pepper applied liberally (affects mammals only, not birds) to any access? Thorny bushes?
Long term -
Run to Lowe's and buy hardware cloth, it's much harder to get through than chicken wire. Apply to all outside areas, top of run and coop, coop windows, sides of run and bury a two foot skirt of it on the outside so they can't tunnel in. I'm eventually going to need to do the top of my run. Only a quarter of it is hardware cloth, the rest is bird netting to keep out birds of prey. I'm sure a coyote or determined grey fox can get through it.
