Electricity cost questions about incubators----110 vrs 220

Hey PC thanks ! Ground source heat pumps work great if you have a good unit and a experienced person installing it . However most companies just slap em' in and 5 yrs down the road your system doesn't work right because you have a leak . When you get a leak the price of fixing it is not very cost effective (ie....tearing up the floors and concrete . ) They are also very noisy and can have nuisance problems . Just my experience .

"ground source". There's the term I was looking for.

For what heat pumps cost versus a standard AC compressor it's hard
for me to justify one anyways. When I build my next house I'll consider
a well based system. Like I've said in other posts I'm a big
fan of thermal solar combined with a gaseous fueled system. Then there
is the plan for a potential cogeneration system. I've got a few generators
sitting out back just waiting to be used for a science project.

Ok, done being a geek now.

You guys been at this a while. What is a watt?
