Hello,

I own the suro 20. I have had this for a few years and until I got it I had a bad hatch rate for Serama's . Seramas are very difficult to hatch...having said that I chose the suro 20 as I had total control of all setting. So far I have had many hatchs. BUT now I need a new mositure waffer and new tubing. Was hoping that maybe you would have some idea where I could find these items.

Have any improvements been made in this incubator?    Some of the posts were from 2010, so I wondered if there is a new model.     I'm in the market for a new 'bator -- thought I was going to get a Dickey but they are too expensive for me.

I always had to run mine at 100.3 to keep the eggs at a hatchable temp.

As a FYI...if you want to reset it to factory settings, unplug the bator and while holding the "-" button, plug it back in.  You will see the readout change.

Will restoring it to the factory setting make it read accurately again?

I hope it works for you. Mine said the same thing and i registered it for the 2 yr warranty, it worked great for my first couple of hatches and then went really bad, they told me I was out of warranty at about 7 months.  I believe using most credit cards to purchase doubles the warranty.  Contact your credit card company and find out.
