My page-what's your opinion on it?

I've never made a blog page before, this is my first. Did I do ok? Any opinions? How do you make the cool backgrounds and things like that?

I like your page. What part of Texas did you move to? I am hoping to move to East Texas once the land sales here in FL pick up again and I can sell my house here.

Thanks ya'll! I was hoping that I did ok. After I looked at a few others I decided to try it out for myself. I plan on taking more pictures in the near future. We've got plans of putting up new fencing around our front yard and I'm hoping to talk my b/f into building a new coop. I'll put pictures of that when/if it happens. And of course I plan on hatching out some babies as soon as the threat of a freeze is gone!

I've been away for about a week cause I rescued a puppy in the middle of the night last Monday and was trying to find it's owner. There was a girl who rode the bus with my girls that said it was her's but she didn't come get it for a whole week! I figure that her parents didn't really want it. So I was looking for a better home. It was filthy, flea bitten, wormy, and scared. It was wandering around in the pasture across the street, and when I saw it there was a 2qt jug stuck on it's head! Poor thing. When they finally came to claim their dog yesterday, I gently gave them some pointers on how to better care for their pet. Hopefully they will take some of my advise and be a better home to the sweet little puppy.
