are you illegal as in an illegal alien?

Your states department of agriculture is who does the testing. I doubt they would check a SS#, but you are still dealing with the government and you have to sign the paperwork.
 
haha, no i am not an alien... i'm u.s. born. i'm even 14th generation native american (if that even counts for anything lol).

i mean illegal as in it's illegal to own poultry in the city i live in.
 
When the agent comes to test he might say something like... hmm.... I don't get many calls for this area....

Good question.....I have heard it is free to test so why not? How many chickens actually come down with this anyway especially with back yard chickens? I could see large facilities or importing them from other countries.
