The two times I was tired (but not pregnant) was when I had a low grade sinus infection, and when I was severely vitamin D deficient.

I think weather has everything to do with it....its been so crappy windy as all get out.

Anyways.....maybe breathing problems at night sleep apnea.....it will make you tired all day not getting good nights sleep and right amount of oxygen.

We do try and do one outdoor chore extra per day even if weather is crappy if we are home.

Good work is not cheap and cheap work is not good.

How long ago did you cut out the sodas and cut down on the coffee?  You could be still adjusting.  If it doesn't resolve in a few weeks, you might want a check up just to make sure nothing else is wrong.  Stress can also do this to you.  The worst kind is when you do not realize that something is stressing you you.

I hope you are energized again soon.

How did I go from 4 to 24 chickens?

Thanks.
Its been a couple maybe a few weeks since I cut out sodas. I mean Ill drink 1 or 2 on the weekends but that is it (I found out they are what is causing me SO much pain in my lower abdomen).
I always just drank 1 cup of coffee..
I also dont really know what could be stressing me out. Maybe I should meditate more hmm

Do the meditation.  If nothing changes after the tree pollen goes away, make a doctors appointment and have blood work done.

Yeah I just found out that my insurance only covers the cost of 1/2 of lab work. So now Im stuck with $300 worth of lab work so I will not be going back to the Drs any time soon barnie

Another suggestion is a low thyroid. Do you use iodized salt? Try some kelp tablets from the health food store. If you feel better great, if not, they are a lot cheaper than lab work.

Yep. And he said that before fire ants took over.

You have described some of the typical symptoms of low thyroid.  Others are: depression, water retention, dry skin and hair, constipation....but by far the worst is the FATIGUE!!!  I couldn't figure out what was wrong with me after my daughter was born.  Finally, after 2 years and I thought I couldn't put one foot in front of the other, I went to the doctor and she ran they thyroid profile.  It was pretty severe by that time.  Wow, what a difference the synthroid makes.

Occasionally I'll forget it for a few days or not refill my Rx on time and all the symptoms start coming back again.

I would encourage you to get the tests done...it can change your life!!
