Eating fertile quail eggs?

Thread Starter

My coturnix are now 3 weeks old, and am working on finishing up a quail pen this weekend.  My pen will have divisions in it, for grow out, females w/eggs and breeding pairs.
I'm wondering though, id i get the 'sexing' wrong, and have a male in with the females...are there any issues with eating eggs that may be fertilized?
thanks for the input,

No, I don't believe there are anything wrong or bad with eating fertilized eggs.  Same nutritional value as an unfertilized egg.

right.  Just put them in the fridge so they don't start developing.  They taste just fine.
