The chicken who never grew up ?

I know this post is from years ago but I'm hoping you read it anyway - I have a 9 week old Ayam Cemani who stopped growing at 3 weeks. She hasn't feathered any furthur either. She's perfectly healthy and as active as everyone else. I don't know what else to do for her. Did yours make it to adulthood? Did you ever find out what was going on with her?
 
i am also curious if the dwarf chick ever grew up.. i found this thread because i have a 7 month old orpington that is far larger than my flock, she kind of looks ridiculous being so big.. and she has not matured yet.. tiny pale comb etc.. anyway.. interesting thread..
