First egg covered in blood, normal or bad? (pic)

Mine that have started laying early seem to have issues such as this; because of that, I actually prefer them to start laying later. I do not being feeding layer feed until I see the first egg from that batch. I also switch from chick feed to flock raiser when they turn 12 weeks; this slows down their maturation a bit. If they start laying later, you often never see any laying issues. I'm sure your girl will be fine after a few more eggs!!
