Do you have a sign on your coop? - Page 24

I just mocked this up in Photoshop. I plan on making one in sheet metal or wood and putting it on the entrance to my run. Inspired by an Australian Shepherd sign my friend used to have.

Here's mine.  Very simple, just made some stencils to paint the "Fresh Eggs" on the nest box, but I'm very pleased with how it came out.

What great signs!  All of your coops are so nice.  My husband is about halfway done building our coop and I'm designing signs in my head.  I was thinking of maybe going with "The Biskit" or "The Biscuit"....as in "chicken in a biskit"....??  Cheesy, but that's what I'm going for!  tongue

Also considering Hen Haven, Hen Heaven, The Sunny Side Up Hut, The Other Side (as in "why'd the chicken cross the road").

The run will be long and narrow, so will call it "the Chicken Strip".  HA!

Oh geez, I've been spending way too much time thinking about this...Don't even get me started on naming the chickens, the poor dears.  big_smile  Anywho, will post pics when it's finished.  Just loved seeing everyone else's!
