I think it looks like a malted milk egg.  Fart egg??  sickbyc

Fairy egg sounds more palatable.  What's it look like inside??

Yes, it's a "fart egg" rofl. They usually don't have yolks, but a few can have teeny, tiny yolks in them...

fart egg, wind egg, fairy egg ....  I don't know, are there more names for them?

Hi!  It's a nice surprise to find (I find more of them out in the yards than in nestboxes) and they don't deserve the unpleasant title.
I've got a big collection of 'Fairy Eggs'.  They are cute decorated as Christmas tree ornaments.

It is the first Ive found, and it was in the nextbox.  I have 2 Ameraucanas that are broody that are hogging up the laying box, so I only have one other Am. laying, and my 2 EEs.  I have the young light colored Am in that pen also, so by process of elimination, its her egg.
