How long can eggs wait before incubator?

I am working on turkeys right now.I need to know how long I can keep eggs before I set them.I always move my waiting eggs but I am wondering is it better to wait for a dozen or set them as they lay.I know its harder to hatch one a day for 2 weeks but I'm not sure which is better. Thanks

I'm no expert on turkey eggs. BUT I did some looking up, and it seems that they max is 6 days then fertility drops drastically. I'm only going by what I was able to find on the internet, so I hope this helps! GOOD LUCK!
