Well I'm just curious, for the past 3 years I have looked at the Cubalayas and think they are soo pretty, but then I read that they can be noisy.
I live on .44 acres with homes close, sooooo, don't want to noisy of a breed. That is one reason I choose the Sicilian Buttercup over the Cubalaya. But other than that they probably would have been my 1st choice. Being near Houston, I need a bird that tolerates not only the heat but the humidity also.
So are they that noisy to be a problem in close quarters, so to speak. I would love to see them wander about the yard.
