My daughter raised this stag and i was very impressed with him so i gave her a hen for him. He is only 7 months but already decent sized. Very red comb and looks to be multi spurred. I will either breed him to my black hen or 2 of my white hens this spring. His father is lemon pyle and mother is white

Four year old cock. His comb got frost bitten two years ago so it's a bit smaller than it should be. Before that it was too big. His wattles are too big, but he's an excellent breeder.
I don't think he's quite fully feathered in from the molt.

Both are 2023 bantam cockerels and show a clear reason why it really matters that both parents play a key role in quality of offspring.
The cockerel on the left has two brothers that look almost identical to him in type, his sisters' tails are below horizontal.
The cockerel on the right has three brothers that look almost identical him in type and five sisters that are the female version of him.
