A Cinnamon Queen is a hatchery, made up name.  Just like Red Star, Golden Comets, Golden Buff (Meyers), and a bunch of other names.

Since each hatchery "rolls their own" red sex links, and there are no "breed name police" running around, thus, the name has virtually no meaning.  When you find a source of Red Sex Links you like, return there.  That is, if they haven't changed their breeding stock to a different strain, which is always possible.
