Blue Buffalo dog food vs. 4 health dog food

yes. we switched to 4 health after the wild. they both love it and have no issues anymore. we tried the blue buffalo but my older rottie refused it after a while and he got stinky. resolved when we landed on 4 health

I used Blue after Getting a Great Dane puppy because it was low in protein and Dane puppies need lower protein than normal, but it gave my pup bad diarrhea. I switched to Pro Vita. But now she is on Origin, very good but high priced. There is a great web site called 'DOG FOOD ADISOR' which I used extensively. It gives you total analysis of all brands, and rates them as 1 thru 5, and bases them as plant based diets or meat based diets. Cost Co dog food was actually high quality, category 4. Lots of dogs are allergic to chicken which is the most common ingredient in most dog foods.

I feed taste of the wild. I would choose 4 health over blue buffalo as I have heard many dogs don't find Blue Buffalo appealing. I haven't personally tried Blue buffalo but I have fed 4 health.

No argument and thanks fir the website, cannot be too well informed. The catch to Cost Co is the location. I am 30 miles from Tractor Supply. I am easily a hundred miles from the nearest Cistco. Its a shame really as I'd love to be able to shop there. I think the fella originally posting was also looking fir Tractor Supply availability.
But again, thank you for the info. Invaluable. Good luck with your Dane, I afore them!
