The new (human) baby thread... - Page 18

I think Arwyn's whole life has been a growth spurt since we left the hospital - he's 9 weeks and has doubled his weight...  he was below the 9th centile, now he's just above the 50th smile

Wow, Frances has a walker already?  He really is a big boy!

Arwyn is really doing some growing too.  If he keeps it up he might catch up to Ethan and Frances!

Sounds like Olivia is a little grazer.  smile

Ethan slept through the night last night woot but he was still extra fussy and hungry today.  Hopefully this spurt is almost over!

I hope he doesn't catch up to Ethan and Frances - he's chubby enough now!

he seems to have forgotten that babies are meant to sleep a lot :-s

Declan is 3 months old already! hit  He is a very content and happy baby an he still sleeps most of the day! He has a doctor appointment at Children's Hospital on the 24th due to a problem-I won't put it out here, but you can PM me if you want to know more. He smiles a lot, and even giggled for me the other day! I love this stage!

Wyatt went 7.5 hours without eating last night, and slept for 5 of those hours, so I'm counting that as him sleeping through the night!  I hope he keeps it up!  I started supplementing him with formula a couple weeks ago since I can't pump often enough at work to keep up with him eating 5 oz every 3 hours.  It doesn't seem to have bothered his tummy at all.  I weighed him at my 6 week check-up yesterday and he's already 11.8 lbs!  He was 7 lbs 1 oz when we brought him home, so he's gained a lot!  I call him my little piglet.  lol  He's finally starting to get some baby fat and look less skinny too.

thanks.. i was told by the doctor that extra virgin olive oil works better than baby oil, so we're trying that at the moment.  oven-ready baby!

A friend told me about a formula called Enfamil Restfull that you give right before bed time and it expands in the stomach to keep them asleep longer.  Anyone ever used it?  I'm going to try it out if I can find it.  3 hours at a time is NOT enough!
