I need the plans for the homemade plucker!

I've searched and searched and cannot find the plans for the plucker that involves the drill, 5 gal. bucket and some rubber tubing.

Can someone point me in the right direction?  smile

Are one of these the one you were talking about?  These use the 5 gallon buckets, not sure about the drill, though.

I don't really see plans on either of these, but they show pictures.

I am interested in this kind, it seems like it would be a lot cheaper than a whizbang.

No, but thanks!  smile  The pics I saw some while back were of a 5 gal. bucket with small pvc or rubber tubing placed through holes that had been drilled in the walls of the bucket.  A hand drill had been attached to the bottom of the bucket and was then clamped to a picnic table or some such.

I think they said they had very little money in the project and that it did a great job.  I would so like to see the pics again and maybe the plans for it all before I butcher 20 meaties next weekend!  fl

it wasn't a bucket, it was a drill clamped to a table with a PVC end cap and black rubber stretch cords stuck into the cap.  Take a PVC end cap for a 3" PVC pipe, drill holes around the edge, cut the cord into 3" pieces and stick them into the holes, run a bolt thru the cap and chuck it into the drill.

There is a five part series on YouTube (of which I think the link is to part 4).  It's not the one I was hunting for, but it seems to be what people are looking for.
