Still looking for more Serama.  One of the people I was supposed to meet in Tilton backed out.  Anyone?

just a statement for anyone interested in swaps this weekend.  last weekend there was some funny business on craigs list saying the swaps were canceled.  if that happens again, I assure you it is a hoax.  there was some more funny business on craigs list today in reguards to someone who bought diseased chickens at a swap.  greg called the dept of agriculture and this is also a hoax.  there are no reports at the dept of agriculture for sick chickens from a swap this season. the disease claimed on craigs list would have to be diagonsed by a vet in a lab.  if the birds were found to have said disease, a report would have gone to the department of agriculture.

That is too bad about the CL sniper! They will eventually ruin all the swaps as this type of ill will spreads like a cancer, and will cross bordering states I am sure of it. I will not be able to make it to Tilton tomorrow and am bummed because I am interested in seeing if anyone will have any English lop bunnies! I will also be missing Milford and Chichester the following weekend because it is my annual treck to KY and I need this trip to take my mind of my daughter leaving for Germany on the 18th. So I am packing and getting things ready for my trip as well as hers too!

Is there any info on what breeds/mixes of chickens will be at Littleton swap on 7/25? We'll be vacationing in the area and could easily be persuaded to make a side trip on the way home. Also, would need to call Ag. office for out of state # as we'll be heading back home to VT. I'm hoping for BBS Orpingtons and FBCM, but like many could be tempted by others, too. Any add'l info is appreciated. Thanks!

A DH, 2 wonderful boys, 2 BBS Orp, 1 BO, 6 RSL, 1 SLW, 5 RIR, 5 EE,  1 Ameracauna, 1 BR,  2 rescued  Red Comets (2+yrs.old) and 1 Orp Roo "Bob" and 1 blue/buff Orp cockeral, 1 blue/gold ee roo, 1 FBCM, Light Brahmas, Blue Cochin, Speckled Sussex & cornucopia of hatchlings. Hoping for Lavender and more BBS Orp and FBCM;~)
