CHICKEN SWAPS OF NH SWAP LISTINGS - Page 8

Hi everyone,
Sorry we missed the swaps this weekend.  We had planned on attending but as usual everything got messed up.  I am up in Maine with the dogs and chickens and he is back in NH picking up another load to bring up.  The sellers did accept our offer on the house so if the Mortgage co doesn't screw up another contract, we will be closing around the end of August.  Don't be surprised if we show up at a few of the swaps when we are down visiting family. I understand that they are having one in Houlton Maine sometime in the middle of August.
Just because I am in Maine, I will still look forward to how your swaps are going.  Don't give up the fight.   Sooner or later the idiots will tire of flagging your ads and posting that they are cancelled.  It's just too bad they can't see that they are only hurting everyone who loves to attend them.

NPIP TESTED    3 DD, 1 DS, 1 SO, 5 Siberian Huskies, 3 generations of females.  http://newenglandsiberianhuskies.mysite.com/index.html  - 1 cat, and a growing flock of chickens.  Yes, I am addicted to raising chickens and loving every minute of it.
I currently have Millie Fluer Cochins, Lav. Ameraucanas, Silver Laced Cochins, frizzles and mixed.

Yes! I posted a very informational ad on CL regarding the care and introduction of new stock. Se idiot flagged it and it was removed, I would hope it is not anyone I know as that is a mean thing to do as I thought it had good advise for keeping new and existing birds healthy! I emailed it to Greg but never heard a word back from him so not sure he even saw it but I just tried to be helpful. From now on I won't post there because it is aggravating to try and help and have some  jackass do that to people!

Darbella,

I'm sorry that has been happening to you all-that's one of the biggest complaints I have w/CL. It's upsetting that someone(s) think they're being clever or hurtful and are fine with it.

My DH, boys and myself will heading back to VT on 7/25 and I'd love to know what will be available at the Littleton swap as we'll be heading back that way. If you have that info would you post it here? Hoping for some new additions to the flock:~)

Thanks!

Mia

Can someone tell me how well attended the littleton swaps usually are?

I just found out I gotta go to a thing on Saturday and can not come to Chichester as I had planned.  I have A LOT of birds to sell.  I really do not want to make the 2+ hour drive if it will not be worth it.  I know we can not predict what people will do but can you let me know the norm and if it is usually worth the drive??
