I bought some Pig Swig for our flock and their website recommends a 3 day egg withdrawal period. It also says 1 dose is enough, but I will re-administer in a few days to make sure the worms are all gone.
 
Hello, My chickens have the exact symptoms :At the time they all looked fine, now some of them appear to be getting sick, runny stools, weight loss, and about half (of 14) of my hens are missing a lot of feathers on their chest/breast and one is missing some feathers around her vent."

DID YOU EVER FIGURE OUT WHAT WAS WRONG WITH THEM AND HOW TO TREAT IT?

I eat my eggs after using that product. But somebody told me to wait and de-worm when they are molting. Egg production goes down then so less eggs to dispose of.

That’s what I want to do! I found one thus far in her poop so I don’t know, is that hurting her if I wait. It seems like they should be molting really soon. It’s mid November. They are all skipping a day here and there lately.

Buy Valbazen liquid cattle/sheep wormer (Albendazole is given to humans as Albenza) and dose each bird orally 1/2ml of the liquid. Then repeat again in 10 days.
Normally there is a 14 day withdrawal, but we eat the eggs. If you suspect that you or a family member might have a reaction to the minute residue in the eggs, toss them in the garbage. I'm still here typing. Valbazen does not effect growing feathers after molt.
