Mystie (short for Mystery Chicken) is 14 weeks old. Mystie likes to hop on my shoulders when I bend down. S/he is has tiny, small developing spurs on the legs that are slightly pointed upwards, whereas the other chickens' developing spurs just point outwards. I'd love to know the breed, but more importantly the sex of this chicken. Thank you for any help.

Mystie doesn't look much like the Partridge Rock rooster photo's I've seen, but she doesn't look anything like a black sex-link hen, either, so I'm not really sure what to think.

Here is a post and photos when s/he was much younger, if that's helpful:

I'm no expert, but I'd say hen and I'm not totally sure she's not a black sex-link.
My 2 BSLs are from the same hatchery and hatched on the same day, but Sesame has a lot more red coloring on the neck and chest while her sister (Kung Pao) has almost none and more of a greenish sheen to the feathers. Your girl has more red than my Sesame, but the coloring and pattern is very similar.

Take this with a grain of salt, b/c for all I know I ended up with one of the wrong breed - but I think the appearance of BSLs can vary quite a bit. Hopefully someone with some expertise can shed some light! She's a beautiful girl, whatever she is

ETA: Just looked at the baby pics you linked to, those look nothing like either of my BSLs as babies. Could she be a Welsummer? Not sure what the chicks look like but she looks a lot like the adult pictures! Hope you find someone who can tell you for sure!

I know this is really old but did you ever find out a breed or gender? I have 2 that are identical to yours..
