Yes, it does. I knew she would love it. Sometimes, quilts just tell you who their owner should be and this one did. I've had my feelings hurt more than once when I worked on a personal gift for someone, then, they hide it in the deepest corner, never to be seen again; it was always family who disappointed me, so I vowed I'd never give a quilted gift to anyone other than someone I knew would treasure it. Well my table top in the kitchen is round, seats four people so it is not that big LOL! However I would hate it getting soiled so no go there!

Cynthia! That is such a wonderful thing you did. Now do you see why the rest of us are so in awe of you? You have so many things and creatures all crying out for your time and attention, and yet you still find the time and energy to create a treasure such as this and then give it freely to someone that you feel would appreciate it.
If you aren't a role model to aspire to, I don't know who is!! What you did is simply marvelous! Bless you!

I have had my kit for a couple of years and have finally started to cut the blocks. I am missing the second page of the instructions for block one. I received 2 copies of the first page with the cutting instructions etc. Do you know where I can get a copy of the second page, or could you share it with me?

ETA: Gee, you know, I think I gave that to Miss Prissy. I can't find it where I have instructions for a second kit quilt I made. She was going to quilt the top as a Christmas gift for her mother and I believe I sent her the direction booklet and some of the leftover fabrics so she could maybe make a pillow to match the quilt. You could try to contact her and see if she has it.
