Questions on Barnevelders,black breast, laced breast, Ml, Pg genes etc

Could missing a Ml make light hackles? (The chicken calculator seems to think so, just wondering if it is true in practice?)
As this could explain his slightly 'tippy' lacing on lower breast too.
I have two more roosters (4mths old) of a different line coming along and hopefully get something better coloured out of them.

Any information about this guys genetics would be great. He was supposed to be a blue double laced, I am assuming he is a blue splash. Sorry for the dog nose print window!
