Can a chick live with a broken neck??? UPDATED!!

I know this post is a few years later so i am not sure if it will be received but... i am having the exact problem with my little girl.... got her yesterday and she has a broken neck... lolling her head around just like your little guy did. hopefully with the suggestions i read on your post my little girl can pull through!
 
I have a baby chick that is doing something like yours. Mine has her head under her and making chripping noises have to feed her. I'm giving her vitamins and hope she comes out of it. I don't know what happened to her. The rest of them seem fine so far. Morning I will do something with her which ever way it comes out.

I hope she pulls through. my little Ese passed away. it was literally heartbreaking. I am a little baby and cried... I looked into a few things... possibly wry neck??? did it just start or did you receive her like that? is she standing or laying / writhing on the floor laying down? definitely keep up with vitamins... I mixed honey and water and dripped it into Ese's mouth to give her strength... it worked for a bit, she got her strength back, was opening her eyes looked like she wanted to stand, and then declined rapidly (within 12 hours she died)... I called mypetchicken.com (where I got them) They said I was doing everything right and I inquired about trying to feed her mashed up / wet food... they told me it wasn't necessary and the honey water would give her all the nutrients she needs.

hopefully this is helpful... please let me know how she does!!! I am rooting / praying for her.

i found a baby bird in my garage about 1 month ago and we took it in and took care of it....it started to be able to fly..... about 2 weeks ago it crashed in the couch.... he started putting his head a little tilted.......just 9 days ago we bought him a cage to recover... he started getting better.. until my mom put him on my shoulder n he flopped to the ground.... now he holds his head totally back wards... we had him like that for about 4 days now and my parents think he's dieing... i still have hope and have been reachering sense it happened to see if we can do something about it.. so far we found nothing... but I'm not giving up.... i hope it gets better and i wish you luck.. if you find anything be sure to tell me i need to know toooo
