One item on the don't feed list is Lamb's Quarters. Lamb's Quarters is a wild form of Spinach & is a common garden weed. I pull it & toss it to the chickens all the time with no ill effect. I don't give them all of it, we eat some. It's delicious.[/QUOTE] Yes, lambs quarters is a healthy weed. My chickens will eat it but it's not their favorite. We have eaten it also.
 
They are eating some pineapple now, I didn't expect them to eat the brown part but I didn't want to waste the yellow stuck to it. Their favorite is cucumber though and tomato.
 
Pineapple enzyme is bromelain. Good at thinning mucous. Healthy and good foryou. You will only get it in fresh pineapple, canning destroys enzymes.
