Yikes! Today I have to go to the feed store

I'm very lucky that my local TS does not keep the feed near where the chicks are when they're in. Which reminds me, I have to go to town now. . .

I have 2 dozen eggs in the bator - 3 more dozen coming on different weeks this month plus 2 babies in the brooder - not to mention my juveniles all in the shed brooder and what do I do?? I just thought I would stop by Family Farm to see if they got any in - just to look. Well, I was really good - I only left w/ 2 RIR chicks. I'm getting better!

A little part of me is hoping there are RIR's there or even EE's. My EE hasn't laid an egg since her winter molt, I miss the green eggs! She is now 6, my Barred Rock doesn't seem to be laying anymore either, just my two RIR's. Oh, yea, I did find some eggs that Tree Chick laid, she just lives in a tree in my yard, not sure where she came from, but she's pretty and I let her stay there. And little Cotton, my rescued silkie, she's laid an egg now and then. Not sure of here age.

Ohhh, I am VERY Lucky. Our TSC is about 45 minutes from here! Woohoo! I mean DARN! No, I mean WOOHOO!
