Broody Nora's New Babies! Pics! ~ ~NEW pics post #43~~ - Page 5

That might be a good idea- Harriet is used to free ranging, and my only recourse with her is to put her outside, and make sure she is in the horse barn when I lock up at night.  I am afraid she will pace outside the run where her babies are, though.  That is why I am hoping she will start getting a little sick of them-

Here is Chipper, named for his chipmunk-like appearance as a wee chick. He is four and a half weeks old now.

New pics of Chipper, Bandit and the BR cockerel. All are up for grabs, even Chipper. I honestly can't see a reason to keep any of them, though I adore the EE cuties. They're five weeks old now. I've never had broody-raised chicks as friendly as Chipper and Bandit. They're even learning their names. Bandit has a pea comb, darn good barring for a crossbreed and no beard. He should look like a pea combed BR.

Pictures of the Blue Orpington and the BR chicks with Panda today. Seems the blue one is male. Very light color, should be unusually light.
