Egg question. Not sure where to put this.

Thursday night I went out of town I collected my eggs that night, I came home Sunday night and found 30 eggs in my nest box. It's fairly hot out and those eggs were sitting their sence Friday the latest and more added each day to Sunday.

Will these eggs be ok to eat? I'm hungry and I want breakfast...

Hi, Here's my strategy for a pile of eggs I have found (never come to grief yet)
Throw away dirty, cracked or otherwise nasty-looking eggs.
Get a large pan of water, place eggs in the water, if they float or suspend, throw them away. If they sink, keep them.
Take the eggs which sink, crack them one by one onto a plate. Do they smell good, is the yolk sitting proud with a thick ring of albumin above it? Yes....the egg is good, place it in a bowl. Do they smell sulphurous/flat yolk, black yolk etc....throw away.
Mix all the good eggs together and eat an enormous well-cooked omelet. YUM
