Hello, everyone!
I thought it was high time I shared this fun little game our family plays. Every time we hatch mixed breed chicks, we combine the names of the two breeds into one new name, just like they do with Designer Dogs! Suddenly, your mixed breed is a whole new breed! That Polish x Ameraucana cross? It's now a Polucana! What about your new Silkie x Belgian Booted with a Millie Fleur pattern? It's a Silkie Fleur! Barred Rock x Sicilian Buttercup? Well, I'm sure you can think of a few for that last one!
So, would anyone like to share their own Designer Chicken names?
