Midget BB Red Rooster? o.O

I have a BB Red Rooster, he's about 3 months, and he has barely grown since we've gotten him. Is there any reasons to why this is?

(The smallest one)

He is a Old English Game Bantam and he should only weigh around 24 oz. ( 1.5 lbs ).

The color/ variety is a BB Red (Black Breasted Red) But the breed is a Old English Game Bantam...

Yes they do, your boy is just a bit young and hasnt been show dubbed ( had his comb trimmed) and he looks like he is hatchery quality, but other than that, he is still a BBRed Old english Game bantam rooster and he wont get much bigger than he is now.
