we crack 2-3 silkie eggs in a microwaveable bowl and put it in the microwave for 1 min. add some salt & pepper, slap it on some bread with cheese, and its the best silkie egg sandwich!!! lol

I put them in cold water, bring to boil for about 3 minutes. and then sit for like 3 minutes and cool down in cold water. Adjust times a bit depending if you like them hard hard boiled or medium boiled. I like mine on the medium softer side, just until they are not liquid.
