Glad you're alright thru that lightning.  It certainly is scary.  And I hope not too costly damage.  A few years ago I went out to feed the horses, and something did not look right, then I noticed the tree down, struck by lightning in the middle of the paddock!  I haven't had any hit the house, but I do live in "lightning alley" .

The LNB is fried so DH ordered another one. No choice. Still must buy a new phone.

Tom does this with every group of chicks as soon as they go outside, whether with broodies or out of the brooder. It really does work. Even spazzy Gideon responds to the word "Inside" and braves the evil old ladies to zip up the ramp and go in.

The weird chicken wants to be carried around like that by Cheyenne and she sleeps!  I mean how can you beat that for predator protection while you nap?  You brought the silly bird here like this...Tom ruined her before she left Georgia....Cheyenne just pushed it to the max.  hahahahahaha

Junebug just has no concept of size. She believes she is a pocket pet like Penny.
