He is in the coop... that is Levi... he is 3/4 English.  He is older now but is still a Lady's man. :)

Looks like I will be getting three 75% English LF Orp girls on Friday.  One blue and two blacks.  I will let 2 of my bantam chocolates have them as girlfriends.  ;)

Hello everyone! Here is one of my Renie'sPeeps chicks... about 3-4 months old.  Boy or girl? Thanks for the help.  I thought boy at first but now I am thinking girl.

Looks like a pullet to me. In my experience cockerels have much bigger/redder combs and noticeable gender feathers at that age.

By 3 months old you should see a much bigger comb and wattle. My girls are 17 weeks old and look the same.

Pullet. Larger comb than most at that age but I still say pullet. No red on comb or around the eyes.
