Breeding Mille and Blue/Black Mottled D'uccles and Sumatras. I have 9 D'uccles, A quad of SQ LF Sumatras, a few EE hens, 2 Silkies, 1 lonely little Gold Sebright named Peanut and a bunch of little chickies! ....Love them all! 4 chickens turned to 50! NPIP Tested

You should/could maybe add that to you profile. Mine says stafford which is in CT. haha sry bought that im at 150 and i hope to be at about 100 by fall thats y i sell at shows!

That is alottt of birds! Are they mostly Sumatras or some other breeds?

Still planning on doing a sumatra cull to get down to under 15 roosters. I picked up a new dun hen that will be used on a project I have coming up. She looks like she might show some brassyness on her neck but I can't tell if it is just from the sun or what but we'll see.

Do you have any pictures of your young Dun or Khaki birds FMP? I'd love to see them!

 

My young birds are all still here, growing up nicely. I've got much less to work with, 2 Dun cockerels, 3 Dun pullets and 2 Platinum pullets.

 

I hope to start hatching chicks in the next couple of months, my birds are almost 5 months old now.
