Question on the issue of eating eggs after de-worming -- where did the 14-day thing come from? Is that simply an agreed-upon number within the community just-in-case/to-be-safe? Or did it come from a more "official" source?
The Valbazen is a cattle, sheep and goat wormer, and is used off label in chickens. You can choose to eat the eggs after a certain egg withdrawal time or not. Most people wait 2 weeks from the last dose. Here is a link concerning meat and milk withdrawal times in other animals: http://www.drugs.com/vet/valbazen-suspension.html
