This morning I looked at my Silver Ameraucana roo (thanks, Muggs and Daisychick) and my Naked Neck (Who I actually think is a Madagascar Game, she came in an assortment this summer), and thought "these 2 are going to make some interesting babies!" She has a pea comb and a nice bow-tie and slate legs.
I have 2 of her eggs under my broody and 2 of her eggs in Daisychick's incubator!
He is my only rooster right now, and I KNOW she is fertile, because she has triangular (beak-shaped) marks on the skin on the back of her neck!

My broody got some help from my Silkie this morning!

Hello!
Pardon me if I'm being a bit STUPID, but I believe I see a pic of a Salmon Favorelle Roo in the 'middle pic, right above the Silkies and the egg.
Is he the one you mentioned is your Silver Amercuana Roo ?
I'm just curious because I have an SF Roo ( Bobby ), who could be his twin. Lol
If I'm missing the Roo you are talking about , my apologies.
Just curious.

Allen, I do hope you order some more silver's from John. It is one variety that deserves more attention and breeders. Plus, John is excellent to work with.
