You wait till they are old enough to start making loud guinea noises.
The females will make a two syllable noise that sounds like buck-wheat!

I think all of them are females then haha! they are 4 month olds and I have 5 of them
also the wattles on the male are bigger than the female, yours might be too young to tell that way though

I think mine are just too young...
Mine are buckwheating already and they are only 10 weeks old. From what I heard, the males never make the buckwheat noise, so that's the best way to tell if they aren't full grown yet. So I've heard, anyways!
